RBLT
The simple version of getting in shape.
There’s something quietly impressive about a man who’s in good shape and never seems to be working at it. He’s not the one posting his macros or announcing a new program. He just looks after himself, has energy, moves well, and carries a kind of ease about the whole thing that the guy grinding through his fourth restart of the year would give a lot to feel.
It’s tempting to assume he’s simply wired for it. Better genes, more willpower, more free time. It almost never turns out to be that. What he actually worked out, usually by accident and years earlier than you’d guess, is that being in shape is not the enormous complicated undertaking it gets sold as. It’s a short list of ordinary things done with a bit of consistency. Once that lands, the whole thing goes quiet. No more searching, no more starting over, no more program number five.
That’s the entire idea behind this. Not another system to fail at, not a stricter version of what you’ve already tried, but the opposite: a place that keeps handing you the simple version of getting in shape, the few things that actually move the needle, in plain language, until all that noise finally loses its grip on you.
I write it as someone who burned an absurd amount of time on the complicated version before I found the simple one, so think of me as the guy a step ahead waving you off the long road. Same simple approach, applied to all of it and not just the gym. New guides every week, most of it free.
If the endless restarting has finally gotten old and you just want to be in shape and get on with your life, you’re in the right place. Join RBLT, and let’s build.
