Welcome to RBLT

This is where you rebuild the stuff that actually matters, your body, your standards, and your day to day into a life you’re proud to put your name on. Every week I break down one piece of that, plain and usable, no fluff and no homework.

Because let’s be honest about the alternative. Getting in shape and getting your act together has been turned into a second job. A new diet every month, a new miracle supplement every week, a new guru swearing it all falls apart if you’re not up at 4am with a cold plunge and a 22-step routine. It’s loud, it’s exhausting, and most of it is built to keep you confused enough to keep watching. RBLT is the opposite of that.

I’ve spent years as a martial artist, a trainer, and a coach, which mostly means I’ve made every mistake in the book so you don’t have to. I chased the perfect program for a long time before it finally clicked that the boring, repeatable stuff is the only thing that ever actually stuck. RBLT is everything I wish someone had handed me back then, minus the years of wrong turns.

It all runs on one belief: reps beat hacks, and consistency beats hype. My only job here is to help you spend less time wondering what to do and more time actually doing it.

Is RBLT for you?

If you’ve read this far, odds are good you’re in the right place. This is for the guy who’s ready to stop starting over every Monday.

You’ll feel at home here if:

  • You’re done sorting through a hundred conflicting takes just to figure out one simple thing.

  • You want a strong body, a sharp head, and a life that doesn’t run on chaos.

  • You’ll take slow and steady over another 30-day miracle you quit by week two.

  • You care about doing the boring basics well, because you already know that’s where the results actually live.

  • You’d rather someone hand you the plan and explain the why than sell you the hype.

And if you’re after quick fixes, miracle shreds, detox nonsense, or a shortcut that skips the work, you already know this isn’t the place. No hard feelings, genuinely.

But if you’re ready to quit starting over and build something you’ll actually keep, get in here.

Want to go deeper?

Most of what I write is free, and it stays that way. The free newsletter is where I hand you the ideas, the mindset, and the what-and-why, every week.

Membership is where we go deeper. It’s where I put the how, the full plans and step-by-step builds I’d normally walk a paying client through. It’s for when you’re done reading about the rebuild and you want to run it, with the exact protocol sitting in front of you.

Inside, you get three ongoing series, and every one of them ends with the RBLT edit, where I cut the topic down to what actually matters and hand you the move:

House Rules

  • The no-bull archive of full guides on training, eating, sleeping, and focus. When a topic deserves the complete how-to, it lands here.

The Comeback Series

  • Guided, start-to-finish rebuilds toward one outcome at a time, delivered in seasons. Season one gets you out of survival mode.

Screen Built

  • Physique teardowns from film and TV. What’s real, what’s movie magic, and the version you could actually build.

Most of this is still marked coming soon, so get in now and you’ll watch the whole library get built from the ground up.

Ready to join?

Here’s the deal. Subscribing is free and always will be, so if any of this is landing, start there. Read a few pieces, run them, and see if RBLT earns a spot in your week.

If it does, and you want the full thing, becoming a member is how you get it. It does two things at once: it unlocks the deeper work for you, and it keeps the lights on for me. I’m one person researching, writing, and building this every single week, and paying members are the reason it gets to exist and stay mostly free for everyone else.

So whether you read for free, go all in as a member, or just cheer this thing on from the sidelines, thank you for being here. Now let’s get to work.
